Of course, that’s inconvenient. But no worries! You can still use Joyn via our mobile app to continue saving points. Would you rather have a new card? Then you can ask your nearest Joyn merchant for a new one at any time. Do keep in mind to register your new card! For this, you can use our mobile app or our website
When your card doesn’t work as it’s supposed to, you can always request a new one. For this, you can always visit one of our local Joyn-merchants. They should have new cards in stock.

Do keep in mind to register your new card once you’ve received it! You can do this by going to and following the steps on the website.

To link multiple cards to an account, you must register all cards to the same email address.

With the Joyn app this is very easy:

  • Press ‘Tap to scan QR code’.
  • Scan the QR code of your card.
  • The card is now linked to your account.

Don’t have a smartphone?

  • Then surf to
  • Enter your card number and the email address linked to your Joyn account.
  • Choose ‘Confirm’.
  • Open the e-mail ‘Have fun with your new Joyn card’ and press the ‘Link your new card’ button.

The card is now linked to your account.

We can merge the accounts for you, for that the following information is needed:
  • The email addresses of both accounts.
  • The name and date of birth associated with the two accounts.
  • The last three merchants you used your card with.
Please send this information to and we will do the rest.
You can always change your account information via the Joyn-application. To do this, you first need to open the Joyn-app and tap “Profile” in the bottom right corner. Next, go to “Account & profile” and tap your name. Here you can change your personal information or fill in any missing info.

You don’t use the Joyn-application? Then don’t hesitate to send an e-mail to with the information that needs to be changed. We’ll gladly make the necessary adjustments for you.
