You found your lost card and would like to unblock it again? You can simply resolve that with the Joyn app.
1. Press the settings icon in the top left corner.
2. Select ‘Account & Profile’.
3. Select ‘My cards’.
4. Under block cards, find the card number at the bottom and press the plus sign behind it to reactivate them.

Send an email to email@example.com and include the following information:
The email address of your Joyn account.
The card number of the card to be unblocked.
