You can adjust your email preferences in the Joyn app:
1. Press the settings icon in the top left corner.
2. Select ‘Account & Profile’.
3. Choose ‘Notifications’.
4. Select ‘Manage Merchants’.
4. You will now get an overview of all Joyn merchants you have visited.
5. Use the slider behind each shop to indicate whether you want to receive emails from this merchant or not.
You can also press ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email from a Joyn merchant.
Don’t have a smartphone?
1. Go to https://my.joyn.be.
2. Log in with your email address and password.
3. Select ‘Notifications’ at the top left of the blue bar.
4. Manage your preferences from here.
Note!
Merchants who are no longer allowed to send you emails will no longer be able to notify you about special promotions in their business or congratulate you on your birthday.
