01 Sep I’m getting emails from Joyn in another language. Can I adjust this?

You probably chose the wrong language when setting up your account. You can adjust this in the app:

1. Press the settings icon in the top left corner.
2. Select ‘Notifications’.
3. Select the desired ‘Notification language’ at the bottom of your screen.


Don’t have a smartphone?

1. Go to my.joyn.eu
2. Log in with your email address and password
3. Select ‘Notifications’ at the top left of the blue bar.
4. Manage your preferences from here.
