01 Sep Why am I not receiving a birthday email from Joyn merchants?

Many Joyn merchants send a nice email for their customers’ birthday.
They do have to know when your birthday is and your date of birth must be entered in your Joyn account.

You can check this by following the steps in the app:

1. Press the settings icon in the top left corner.
2. Select ‘Account & Profile’.
3. Press the box where you see your name and email address.
4. Adjust or complete your details.


Don’t have a smartphone?

Please send an email to hello@joyn.eu stating:

The email address linked to your Joyn account.
Your date of birth and any other information that needs to be adjusted.
