01 Sep Why do I never receive emails from Joyn or Joyn merchants?

There are several possible reasons for this:

• Your account has not yet been registered.
More information on how to register your account can be found here .

• Your account has not yet been activated.
After registering, you will receive an email from Joyn with an activation button. Press the button, complete your profile and choose a password to activate your account.

• You have disabled all email traffic in your email preferences.
More information on email preference settings can be found here.

• You and your partner or family member save via Joyn and it is the email address of your partner or family member that is linked to your account. That means he or she is receiving all communications from Joyn.
