When you are at the checkout at the merchant, complete these steps:
1. Open KBC/CBC/KBC Brussels Mobile.
2. Press ‘Extra services’ at the bottom right.
3. Select Joyn.
4. Press the ‘Scan QR code’ button.
5. Scan the QR code on the merchant’s tablet or smartphone.
6. The available rewards appear on the left half of the screen and are marked with a ‘Redeem for … points’ button.
7. Indicate which reward you want to redeem and press the blue button behind it.
8. Confirm with ‘Redeem reward’.
9. The points will be deducted from your account.
10. If necessary, the merchant enters points on his tablet or smartphone and confirms.
You are now entitled to the redeemed reward and your points have been added.
