No problem, you can reset your password by following the steps below:
With the Joyn app on your smartphone:
1. Open the Joyn app on your smartphone.
2. Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’.
3. Enter the email address linked to your Joyn account and press ‘Continue’.
4. You will now receive an e-mail from Joyn with the title ‘Create a new password’.
5. In the email, press on ‘Change your password’.
6. Enter your new password twice and press the ‘Change password’ button to confirm.
7. You can now log into the app with your new password.
Don’t have a smartphone?
1. Go to https://my.joyndev.kinsta.cloud/sign-in and click on ‘Forgotten password’.
2. Enter the email address of your Joyn account and press ‘Reset password’
3. You will now receive an e-mail from Joyn with the title ‘Create a new password’.
4. In the email, press on ‘Change your password’.
5. Enter your new password twice and press the ‘Change password’ button to confirm.
6. You can now log into https://my.joyndev.kinsta.cloud/sign-in with your new password.
