01 Sep I’m not receiving an email to reset my password. Now what do I do?
There can be several reasons for this:
• Check whether the email has ended up in your spam box. If you find the email there, be sure to add the email address to your contacts. This way, you avoid emails not arriving in the future.
• You may have made a typo when entering your email address. To solve this, we recommend sending an email to email@example.com with the correct email address that can be linked to your account and your card number(s).
• Are you sure you already had a Joyn account at the email address you entered? If your email address is not yet linked to an account, we will of course not be able to send you a new password.
