01 Sep I haven’t received a registration or activation email. Why not?
You may have made a typo when entering your email address. Go to https://my.joyn.eu/card-registration to resolve this. Enter the correct email address and the desired card number.
You will then receive the registration or activation email you need to complete the registration of your Joyn card!
Be sure to check your spam folder or unwanted emails. Joyn’s activation email may occasionally end up in here.
