How should a customer redeem a reward?

Has your customer saved enough points? In that case, he can redeem one of the rewards you offer. To do so, complete the steps below:

  1. Open the Joyn Business App.
  2. Your customer scans the QR code with his or her smartphone or you press ‘Scan card’ and scan the customer card.
  3. The current number of points appears. Has your customer saved enough points? If so, you will see the ‘Redeem’ button next to the rewards.
  4. Press the ‘Redeem’ button next to the reward your customer wants to claim and confirm with the ‘Redeem reward’ button.
  5. The chosen reward will appear in the top left of your screen.
  6.  Press ‘Continue’. Now you can enter and add points for the recent purchase.

Now your customer has redeemed a reward and the points have been added. Two birds with one stone!
