Accidentally blocked your Joyn card? You can simply unblock it in the Joyn app:
1. Press the settings icon in the top left corner.
2. Select ‘Your account’.
3. Select ‘My cards’.
4. Look for the card number you want to unblock and press the unblock icon to reactivate the card.

Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
• The email address of your Joyn account.
• The card number of the card to be unblocked.
