How can a customer redeem a coupon?

When your customer has activated the coupon and subsequently visits you in the shop, you follow the same procedure as normal. You press ‘Start’ or ‘Scan card’ and enter the number of points. The customer scans the QR code from his Joyn card or Joyn app on your tablet or

No, a coupon can only be redeemed once per user.Once the coupon has been redeemed, it will no longer appear on the tablet or smartphone for the relevant customer.
