- Go to the merchant portal (business.joyn.be) and log in with your (merchant) credentials
- Go to Coupons by selecting the coupons tab on top
- Press ‘+Create a new coupon’
- Select a coupon with a specific start and end date
- Set the start and end date of the coupon
- Add a description for the coupon
- Add a description in a another language (optional)
- Select an icon of choice (optional)
- Select the shop where the coupon will be valid
- Put a tick in ‘Shareable coupon’ → this will make it possible for your customers to share the coupon with others
- Press ‘Save’
- The coupon has been created and is shown in the coupon overview
- Press ‘Manage’
- The coupon detail screen is shown with a QR code and a link for the coupon
- Download the QR code and/or copy the link to spread the coupon on your favorite online/offline channels/
- Customers which add the coupon will be able to share it with others
