Can I find an overview in the Joyn merchant portal of all the rewards and coupons that have been redeemed?

Yes you can and it is very simple.

1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Navigate to the ‘Transactions’ tab.
3. Press the ‘Reports’ button in the top right.
4. Select ‘Coupons’ or ‘Rewards’.
5. Indicate whether you would like an overview per month or per quarter.
6. Select the relevant year.
7. Click on the desired format next to the period for which you want an overview.
   You can select CSV (editable in Excel) or PDF.

Note: you cannot download documents with your iPad. You will have to do this on your computer.
