How do I create a reward in the Joyn merchant portal?

To create a reward, complete the steps below:

1. To create rewards, go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Open the ‘Rewards’ tab.
3. Select ‘+ Create new reward’.
4. Describe the reward. Enter the necessary number of points and choose an appropriate icon.
5. Press ‘Create reward’.

The reward is active straight away and appears on your tablet or smartphone within minutes.
