You can cancel your Joyn subscription depending on the contract you signed. At the start of your membership, you opted for a fixed-term or permanent contract. The notice periods for these two contracts are different.
Is it a fixed-term contract? In that case, you need to cancel your subscription no later than three months before the end of your original period or renewal period. Your subscription will then continue until the end of the last subscription month, as stated in the contract.
Is it a permanent contract? In that case, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your contract and payment will continue until the end of the month.
