To find your customer base in your Joyn merchant portal, complete the steps below:
- Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
- Press the ‘Customers’ tab.
The main customer data is shown straight away. The information listed includes total number of visits, points and rewards redeemed by your customer.
Looking for more and detailed information about a specific customer? Press ‘Customer data’ and view your customer’s profile, statistics and transactions.
