You can find your customer statistics in the Joyn merchant portal by completing the steps below:
- Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
- Press the ‘Statistics’ tab.
You are instantly presented with an overview of the various data: your number of customers, age and gender, but also the number of points saved, plus rewards and coupons redeemed. Discover other statistics on your merchant portal here.
