You can solve this by asking your customer to adjust preferences in the Joyn app. Complete the steps below:
- The customer opens the Joyn app on his smartphone.
- He presses the gear icon in the top left to go to his profile.
- Next, he chooses ‘Payment settings’ and Payconiq by Bancontact.
- Your customer needs to slides the bar ‘Open the Payconiq by Bancontact app automatically when making payments’ to the right.
- Done! You can now pay with the Payconiq by Banconact app in the Joyn app.
