Fortunately, you can quickly fix this inconvenience yourself!
- Go to business.joyn.eu/sign-in.
- Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ at the bottom.
- Enter the email address you use to log into Joyn.
- Send by clicking the ‘Reset password’ button.
- Open the email you received from Joyn and follow the instructions.
When you change your Joyn merchant portal password, your Joyn Business App password changes with it.
