I have forgotten the password for my Joyn merchant portal and Joyn Business app. How can I reset this?

Fortunately, you can quickly fix this inconvenience yourself!

1. Go to business.joyn.eu/sign-in.
2. Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ at the bottom.
3. Enter the email address you use to log into Joyn.
4. Send by clicking the ‘Reset password’ button.
5. Open the email you received from Joyn and follow the instructions.

When you change your Joyn merchant portal password, your Joyn Business App password changes with it.
