How do I create a one-time campaign?

You can create a one-time campaign in the Joyn merchant portal by completing the steps below:

1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Open the ‘Campaigns’ tab.
3. Choose ‘+ Create new campaign’.
4. Select the ‘One-time’ option and name your campaign.
5. Fill the content of your campaign.
6. Want to add a coupon, link or attachment? Click on the plus sign and follow the steps.
7. Select the target group to whom you want to send the one-time campaign.

TIP: Preview your campaign before sending it out. You can see the preview on the open page or you can send it to your own Inbox in the form of a test email. Satisfied with the layout? Hit the send button!

You only send a one-time campaign once. It’s an easy way to respond to holidays and current events!
