How do I change my Joyn merchant portal password?

Changing your password for the Joyn merchant portal is easy. To do this, complete the steps below:

1. Go to business.joyn.eu/sign-in.
2. Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ at the bottom.
3. Enter the email address you use to log into Joyn.
4. Send by clicking the ‘Reset password’ button.
5. Open the email you received from Joyn and follow the instructions.

When you change your Joyn merchant portal password, your Joyn Business App password changes with it.
