- Open the tool where the referring merchant sent the invitation link to (log in if necessary)
- Click on the invitation link. A new page will open where the onboarding will start.
- Start the onboarding process and you’ll receive a free month at checkout. For more information about ‘How to onboard with Joyn’ click here.
- After the onboarding process, you’ll be able to log in to the Joyn merchant portal and in the Joyn Business app when installed on a smartphone and/or tablet.
