- Open your mail client (and log in if necessary)
- Open the email from your merchant friend.
- Press ‘Join Joyn’ in the mail. A new page will be shown where the onboarding will start.
- Start the onboarding process and you’ll receive a free month at checkout. Check ‘How to onboard with Joyn’ for more information.
- After the onboarding process, you’ll be able to log in to the Joyn merchant portal and in the Joyn Business app when installed on a smartphone and/or tablet.
