What does my customer have to do to be able to use Edenred via Joyn?

Customers can link their Edenred account to their Joyn app. The procedure is as follows:

1. The customer opens the Joyn app on his smartphone.
2. He logs in, if not already done so.
3. He presses the gear icon in the top left to go to his profile.
4. Next, he chooses ‘Payment settings’ and Edenred.
5. Now he presses ‘Link up’.
6. He then logs in by entering the login and password he used when activating Edenred.
7. He presses ‘Register’.
8. The link is active.
