What do I have to do to accept payments with Monizze in the Joyn app?

To activate the Monizze integration, you need to complete the steps below:

1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu).
2. Click on the gear icon (settings) in the top right.
3. Choose ‘Edit account’.
4. Click on ‘Integrations’, followed by Monizze.
5. Press ‘Activate’ to link the two systems.
6. Done! 

You can use the service up to two working days after you requested the link.
