What can you learn from your statistics?

Your customer statistics provide you with an insight into the purchasing behaviour of your customers. You are presented with an overview of the various data: the number of customers, age and gender, but also the number of points saved, plus rewards and coupons redeemed. You will find the answers to the following questions:

  • What are the busier and less busy periods in your shop?
  • Which coupons perform better? And which less?
  • What is my percentage of loyal customers?
  • How many new customers have I drawn in in the last 30 days?

Based on these and other insights, you can set up targeted email campaigns and tailor your rewards and/or promotions to improve effectiveness. More effective promotions and rewards generate more customers. And the more customers, the more you sell!
