Your customer statistics provide you with an insight into the purchasing behaviour of your customers. You are presented with an overview of the various data: the number of customers, age and gender, but also the number of points saved, plus rewards and coupons redeemed. - Which coupons perform better? And which less?
- What is my percentage of loyal customers?
- How many new customers have I drawn in in the last 30 days?
