1. In the email, clink on the ‘Activate coupon’ button.
2. The coupon is now linked to your account.
3. When you are at the merchant, you take the same steps as normal.
4. The merchant presses ‘Start’ or ‘Scan card’ and enters the number of points.
5. You scan the QR code from your Joyn card or Joyn app on your merchant’s tablet or smartphone. Next, a pop-up window will appear, stating that you are entitled to the coupon.
6. The merchant confirms this by pressing the button.
7. You receive your bonus and the points earned with this purchase.
