- Go to business.joyn.be/sign-in.
- Click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ at the bottom.
- Enter the email address you use to log into Joyn.
- Send by clicking the ‘Reset password’ button.
- Open the email you received from Joyn and follow the instructions.
When the password for the Joyn Business App is changed, your password for the Joyn merchant portal changes with it.
