How do I notify my customers of a new reward?

When you offer or introduce a new reward, you naturally want to let all your customers know as soon as possible. You can instantly share this with all your customers who use the Joyn app.

How?

1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Open the ‘Rewards’ tab.
3. Select ‘+ Create new reward’.
4. Enter the details of your reward (in at least one language)
5. Choose an appropriate icon.
6. At the bottom, tick the option ‘Automatically notify your Joyn app users of this reward.’
7. Select ‘Save’.

Your reward has now been activated and shared in the overview of all your customers who use the Joyn app.
