How do I deactivate a reward?

To deactivate a reward, complete the steps below:

1. To deactivate a reward, go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Open the ‘Rewards’ tab.
3. Find the reward you want to deactivate and slide the green slider to the left.
4. The reward now disappears from your list of active rewards and is listed under inactive rewards. You can reactivate them again later, if desired.

You can use this option when you like to vary your rewards, when you no longer have them in stock or because they are seasonal.
