It’s certainly not a bad idea to adjust your rewards every now and then.
To adjust rewards, go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
Open the ‘Rewards’ tab.
- A list of your active rewards appears. Press the pencil icon next to the reward you want to adjust.
- Adjust the number of points, the description or the reward icon.
- Press ‘Save changes’ to confirm.
TIP: If you want to change the number of points you need, we recommend deactivating the reward and creating a new reward. After all, the number of times it was redeemed is stated next to each reward. Changing the description of the reward gives a distorted picture of its popularity.
