How do I add opening hours in the Joyn merchant portal?

To change your shop opening hours in your Joyn merchant portal, complete the steps below:

1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and press ‘Edit account’.
3. Click on the ‘Opening hours’ tab.
4. Press ‘+ Add opening hours’.

Open 24 hours or by appointment only? You can also state that here.

TIP: Need to notify customers of your new opening hours? Press ‘Create mail’. This will generate an automatic mail with a link to your new opening hours. Add text and send!
