How can my customer redeem a reward with KBC/CBC/KBC Brussels Mobile?

Your customer must complete the steps below at the POS:

1. Open KBC/CBC/KBC Brussels Mobile.
2. Press ‘Extra services’ at the bottom right.
3. Select Joyn.
4. Press the ‘Scan QR code’ button.
5. Scan the QR code on your tablet or smartphone.
6. The available rewards appear on the left half of the screen and are marked with a ‘Redeem for … points’ button.
7. The customer indicates which reward he wants to redeem and presses the blue button.
8. The customer confirms with ‘Redeem reward’.
9. The points are deducted from his account.
10. Enter any number of points on your tablet or smartphone, if applicable, and confirm.
