The customer must first identify himself by scanning, so rewards and coupons can still be redeemed before the points are awarded.
Would you rather work according to the old order? Enter points first and then scan? In that case, complete the steps below:
- Open your Joyn Business App and press the three dashes in the top left.
- Press ‘Settings’.
- Move the slider to on (green) at ‘Adding points by clicking on QR code’.
- Open the menu by pressing the three dashes in the top and then ‘Home screen’.
- Briefly tap the QR code.
- Enter the purchase amount and confirm by pressing the ‘Add’ button.
- The chosen amount now appears above the QR code.
- Have your customer scan with the Joyn app or press ‘Scan card’.
- Your customer can still redeem a reward, if applicable.
- Complete the transaction by clicking on ‘Add’.
