How can a customer redeem a coupon before paying with Payconiq by Bancontact?

The procedure is as follows:

1. Your customer scans his Joyn app in the Joyn Business app on your tablet.
2. Your customer chooses an available coupon and presses ‘Redeem’.
3. You enter the amount and confirm with the button ‘Save and pay points’.
4. You will be given the opportunity to change the amount before confirming and indicate that your customer wants to continue with Payconiq.
5. Your customer will be presented with a message on his smartphone asking to press ‘Continue’ to proceed with the payment via the Payconiq by Bancontact app.
6. Your customer enters his PIN in the Payconiq by Bancontact app to confirm.
7. Payment is confirmed on your customer’s smartphone and on your tablet in the Joyn Business App.
