Simply visit our website. Click this link: https://joyn.eu/en/merchant/platform/joyn-shop/, enter your details and your preferred delivery address. We’ll make sure that the cards are delivered to you as soon as possible.

My shop is being taken over. What about Joyn?

Simply send an email to hello@joyn.eu with the information to be changed, the date on which the change takes effect and the contact details of the new owners. We’ll make sure that everything is updated.

Transferring your customer database to Joyn is not possible with a view to data protection under the GDPR. But don’t be sad! Simply notify your customers of your switch to Joyn and tell them to switch as well. This switch is very beneficial for both you and your customers. Thanks

To receive an export of your customer base, you must first complete the form at https://www.joyn.eu/nl-be/export. Once this is completed, we’ll send you an Excel file with all the details of your customers, as soon as possible.
