Yes, they can! Your customer must complete the steps below at the POS:

1. Open KBC/CBC/KBC Brussels Mobile.
2. Press ‘Extra services’ at the bottom right.
3. Select Joyn.
4. Press the ‘Scan QR code’ button.
5. Scan the QR code on your tablet or smartphone.
6. Enter the number of points on your tablet or smartphone and confirm.
7. The points are added to the points total.
