Can I notify my customers of my new opening hours via the Joyn merchant portal?

Need to notify your customers of your new opening hours? Complete the steps below:

1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and press ‘Edit account’.
3. Click on the ‘Opening hours’ tab.
4. Press ‘Create mail’.

This will generate an automatic mail with a link to your new opening hours. Add text and send!
