Can I adjust the time between scans of the same customer?

Haven’t all points been awarded? Or did your customer quickly place a new order? In that case, your customer scans twice in a short period of time.

In the Joyn Business app, you can adjust in your settings how much time must have passed before your customer can scan for a second time. For example, 30 minutes, 1 hour, half a day or a full day… If your customer wants to rescan immediately, you can also enter your access code to bypass the restriction.

TIP: Do you often experience peak times in your shop? Switch off the waiting time.
