- Go to the merchant portal and log in
- Go to the rewards tab
- Press the three dots next to the webshop reward in the reward overview
- Select ‘Edit’
- The webshop reward page is shown
- Scroll down the page, press ‘Delete unused codes’ and confirm
- Codes are deleted
- If all unused codes are deleted, please note:
- Your reward will not be presented to consumers in the Joyn App
- Webshop rewards won’t be shown in the reward export in the Merchant Portal
- When codes are deleted in the Merchant Portal, they still have to be deleted on the webshop platform and vice versa.
