How to add a coupon to an email?

If you want to send out an email with a coupon, complete the steps below:

1. Open your merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Go to ‘Campaigns’.
3. Press ‘+ Create new campaign’, select the ‘One-time’ option and name your campaign.
4. After you have composed your email, scroll further down until you see ‘Add coupon’ and press the + sign.
5. Next, choose ‘+ Create new coupon’.
6. Enter the start and end date of the coupon (a coupon is valid from the moment the email is sent).
7. Enter the description of your coupon (a certain discount, free product or service, etc.).
8. Choose an appropriate icon for the coupon.
9. Press ‘Save’.
10. The coupon has now been added to the email correctly.
