To set up your loyal customer formula, complete the steps below:
- Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
- Press the ‘Statistics’ tab.
- Scroll down to the ‘Percentage of loyal customers’ and click on ‘My formula’.
- Enter your formula.
TIP: The frequency of returning customers is different for every merchant. Therefore, enter your formula based on customer behaviour as experienced by you. Do your customers visit regularly? Increase the formula value for a loyal customer.
