How to make a Monizze transaction via the Joyn app?

Press the QR code. Enter the amount and confirm by pressing the ‘Pay and save’ button. The customer scans the QR code on your tablet with the Joyn app on his smartphone. The payment options available in your store appear on the tablet (meal vouchers, eco vouchers or gift vouchers).

What if the customer’s Monizze balance is insufficient?

When the balance is not sufficient to make the full payment, the available balance of the account will be used for part of the payment. The customer can then pay the remaining amount via another payment method.

How can a customer redeem a coupon before paying?

The customer scans the QR code on your tablet with the Joyn app on his smartphone. Your customer chooses an available coupon and presses ‘Redeem’. You enter the amount and confirm with the button ‘Save and pay points’. You will be given the opportunity to change the amount before confirming
