Can I link a physical card to the Joyn account that I created via KBC/CBC/KBC Brussels Mobile?

No, you can’t. You can do this when you create an account in the Joyn app and link the card there. You can then use this account to log in to KBC/CBC/KBC Brussels Mobile.
