When you start a new email campaign, follow the steps indicated by the campaign creator.
- Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
- Open the ‘Campaigns’ tab.
- Choose ‘+ Create new campaign’.
- Select the ‘One-time’, ‘Birthday’ or ‘Reminder’ option according to the campaign you want to create and name your campaign.
You can adjust the images of your campaign on the last page of the campaign creator. For example, you can choose to always adjust the image of your campaign according to the theme of your email.
