To change your address in your Joyn merchant portal, complete the steps below:

1. Go to the Joyn merchant portal (business.joyn.eu) and log in.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and press ‘Edit account’.
3. Click on the ‘Address’ tab.
4. Change your address. The system automatically saves your changes.
