How can my customer redeem a reward before paying?

A customer can redeem a reward before paying by completing the steps below:

  1. The customer scans the QR code on your tablet with the Joyn app on his smartphone.
  2. Your customer chooses an available reward and presses ‘Redeem’. These points are now automatically deducted from the customer’s points total.
  3. You enter the amount and confirm with the button ‘Save and pay points’.
  4.  You will be given the opportunity to change the amount before confirming and indicate that your customer wants to pay with Edenred.
  5. The payment options available in your store appear on the tablet (Ticket Restaurant, Ticket EcoCheque, Ticket Compliments and Ticket Sport & Culture).
  6. Select the desired payment method from the available options.
