Can I issue my customer with a receipt?

No, you can’t give your customer physical proof of payment. However, your customer can find a receipt in the Payconiq by Bancontact app, in the ‘Transaction history’ menu. There, you will find all proofs of payment, as well as confirmations of receipt.
